Changes to our site for covid-19
We’re making some big site improvements along with changes to how we run things, to make you and our staff safer in response to Covid-19.
The Changes in Detail: Firstly, 3 BRAND NEW BATHROOMS!
We are busy building three brand new individual bathrooms and wash up points, one for each Yabin, there will be no shared facilities, between the three Yabins.
They will still be situated across the field (as before). The bathrooms will consist of a flushing toilet and sink with hot and cold water in each.
The wash up point will be next to each bathroom with hot and cold water. Each “kitchen” will have two cupboards each containing a full set of cutlery and crockery, these will be cleaned between stays and alternated between stays also.
Cleaning products will be available in each kitchen for you use if needed.

What else has changed?
Contactless check in – We will provide all the information you need via email before your stay. Keys will be available to you on site. We are available on phone, text or email during your entire stay if you need us.
Bin and recycling bin will be allocated per Yabin, and cleaned before your stay.
Bring your own futon bedding! We will not be hiring out bedding for the futons, if you are using the futons please bring your own sleeping bag or duvets and pillows, they will have a clean cotton blanket on.
Still as inviting! The main double bed will be made up of a mattress protector, fitted sheet, flat sheet and 10.5 tog bedspread, along with two pillows with protectors and slips. Pillows will be rotated between stays. You’re welcome to bring your own bedding, please just let us know in advance.
Hand sanitiser provided in each Yabin.
No-one will enter your Yabin or bathroom during your stay unless you ask us to for a repair, etc.
Cleaning Protocls
We already deep clean between stays and that will continue, in addition:
There will be a minimum of 24 hours after the guest leaves before cleaning the Yabin, 28 hours between one set of guests arriving and the next arriving, this will not effect your check in or check out times.
As always, all our bedding and blankets will be washed at 90℃ using Dettol washing detergent. We will now provide linen bags, please could you kindly place used bedding and towels in the bag at the end of your stay (down to the protectors, our cleaners will remove these).
All surfaces in the Yabins and bathrooms are cleaned with warm soapy water and then disinfected after, included the floor. This is in line with the government advice – Disinfectant used: DUO MAX. Toilets cleaned with bleach.
Soft furnishings: curtains, rugs, futons and mattresses are also spray disinfected with DUO MAX Spray.
All cloths and mop heads are disposable and one used per Yabin, and per bathroom.
Cleaners will use a new set of gloves and aprons per Yabin and bathroom.
