Our Yurts (Yabins) are unique to Grey Willow Yurts. They are octagonal solid wooden structures and feel like a cross between a traditional Mongolian yurt and a Scandinavian Kota/cabin.
Inside, they have a beautiful ceiling structure and a wide aspect window. The bespoke furniture is made from local spruce and ash. Our handcrafted, covered ‘Tiki’ decks with hammocks allow you to stargaze into the evenings or shelter your bbq from the inevitable British weather. Along with a fire pit area, picnic aread and bbq, you’ll be set for a relaxing stay.
We have three yabins and each sleep up to 5 people with one double bed, one double futon and a single futon. They all have a wood burning stove and an area outside where you can sit around an open fire toasting marshmallows. On the wood stove, you can also cook in a pot or heat a kettle for a nice cup of tea in the morning, or if you like things a little quicker there is a double gas stove not the deck.
